Every company is unique and produces unique products. That means that the right documentation procedure must be chosen for every documentation project. And we always do that in close consultation with our customers.

One of the instruments we can use for this is the documentation plan. It takes a few days to compile such a plan (it takes more for complex projects), which contains a profile of your product, the users, and the necessary support. We work out the structure of documentation and helptexts in detail, and this allows us to make an accurate forecast of the necessary resources, time and money. In that way, you know in advance exactly what you are getting into.
